SPECTRA?

What Is SPECTRA?  In prior years, Valencia utilized the Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County’s Arts Education and SPECTRA grants, so now, arts education at our school is sometimes referred to as “SPECTRA” arts.  Currently, we are not using SPECTRA artists or receiving SPECTRA grant monies, but the catchall phrase remains.
